配送について / Shipping

現在は日本国内への配送を中心に承っています。/ We currently ship mainly within Japan.

• お届け目安 / Delivery time: 商品により異なり、各商品ページとご注文手続き時に表示します。刺繍Tシャツは受注生産のため、お届けまでお時間をいただきます。下着類は海外の提携工場から直接お届けする場合があり、通常より日数がかかります。
  It varies by item and is shown on each product page and at checkout. Embroidered tees are made to order and take longer. Some lingerie is sent directly from our partner workshop overseas and takes longer than usual.
• 送料 / Cost: 日本国内への通常配送は、すべてのご注文で送料無料です。速達および海外への配送料金は、ご注文手続き時、お支払い前に表示します。/ Standard delivery within Japan is free on every order. Express delivery and shipping abroad are shown at checkout before you pay.
• ギフトラッピング / Gift wrapping: ご希望の方には無料で承ります。カートで「ギフトラッピングを希望する」をお選びください。/ Complimentary on request: tick gift wrapping in your cart.
• 関税等 / Duties: 海外から直送する商品で、配達時に関税・消費税等を請求された場合は、当店が負担します。お支払い額のわかる書類（領収書・税額の記載された伝票等）の写真を、ご注文確認メールへの返信でお送りください。7日以内に全額を返金いたします。
  If an item sent from overseas arrives with import duties or taxes to pay, we cover them: reply to your order confirmation email with a photo of the receipt or the charge notice and we refund the full amount within 7 days.
• 追跡 / Tracking: 発送時に追跡番号をメールでお知らせします。/ Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
• 紛失・破損 / Lost or damaged: お問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。配送業者と確認のうえ、再送または返金いたします。/ Write to us through our contact form and we will work with the carrier to replace or refund.
