お客様都合による返品 / Change of mind

未使用・タグ付きで、お届け時の状態と梱包のままの商品に限り、商品到着後30日以内であれば返品・交換を承ります。返送の前に、ご注文番号を添えてお問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。お客様都合の場合、返送料はお客様のご負担となります。

You can return or exchange unused items with tags, in their original condition and packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Write to us through our contact form with your order number before sending anything. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by you.

返品をお受けできない商品 / Final sale

• 下着類（ランジェリー、ボディスーツ、スリップ等）は、衛生上の理由により、不良品・誤送品を除き返品・交換をお受けできません。
  Lingerie, bodysuits and slips cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless faulty or sent in error.
• 受注生産品（刺繍Tシャツ等）は、ご注文ごとに製作するため、不良品・誤送品を除き返品・交換をお受けできません。サイズは各商品ページのサイズ表をご確認ください。
  Made-to-order items (embroidered tees) are made for each order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or sent in error. Please check the size chart on each product page.

不良品・誤送品 / Faulty or wrong items

破損・不良、またはご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合は、到着後7日以内に、ご注文確認メールへの返信で写真をお送りください。送料を含め、交換または全額返金いたします。

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, reply to your order confirmation email within 7 days with photos. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.

返金 / Refunds

返品商品の到着・確認後10日以内に、ご購入時のお支払い方法へ返金いたします。

Once we receive and check a return, we refund the original payment method within 10 days.
